“I Don’t Eat Carbs”

Whether you're an athlete or a regular person, experts recommend at least half of your daily caloric intake come from carbohydrates

Not all carbs are created equal.
Choose More
More Nutritious:
whole grains, vegetables, fruits and beans
Choose Less
Less Nutritious:
white bread, pastries, sodas, and other highly processed or refined foods
Carbs don't make you fat.
Consuming more calories than the calories you need to support your daily activity + burn from physical activity, is causing you to gain fat mass.
