Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in Performance Nutrition for competitive athletes and high performing recreational athletes.

I serve as the Team Sports Dietitian for the LA Clippers and operate a private practice.

I received a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and am a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Working within the health and fitness industry for over 8 years, I formerly served as the Sports Dietitian for MAMBA Sports Academy, a training facility co-founded by the late Kobe Bryant, as well as the Team Dietitian for UCLA Men's and Women's Basketball.

I have helped thousands of athletes of all ages, skill levels, and a wide variety of sports achieve their performance goals through individualized nutrition coaching and education.

I believe you shouldn't need a PhD to understand how to fuel for your sport and your unique needs, so I focus on delivering evidence-based nutrition recommendations that are easy to digest (pun intended) and apply!

My nutrition philosophy is:

"Diets suck, eating better shouldn't have to."

I offer 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching, Group Education, Content Development, Seminars, Meal Planning, and more!
